How long does onboarding take?
Most drivers are approved and active within 2–3 business days after submitting documents.
Do I need my own vehicle?
Yes. You ride or drive your own motorcycle, car, van, electric scooter or bicycle. We don't rent or lease vehicles.
Is there a sign-up fee?
No. Applying and onboarding are 100% free.
When can I work?
Whenever you want. Go online in the driver app — no minimum hours required.
How are deliveries assigned?
Jobs in your service area are sent to nearby drivers. You can accept or skip.
What if a customer doesn't pay?
Most orders are prepaid online. For cash-on-delivery jobs we collect and reconcile with you.
